ORDER SHIPMENT

 

VEGA FOR STARS offers shipping rates as established in the table below.

Orders are sent via Blue Mail (Correio Azul). Orders are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt/confirmation of payment. All items in stock are shipped on the same day or the following business day and are delivered according to the table below*. BLUE MAIL - CTT (Portugal).

 The shipping cost depends on the weight and will be displayed after adding the chosen products to the shopping cart. THE TABLE ABOVE PROVIDES THE SHIPPING PRICE FOR PURCHASES WEIGHING UP TO 500 grams.

 

*Please note that VEGA FOR STARS does not guarantee these delivery times during periods of Promotions, Sales, Black Friday, Christmas, and out-of-stock situations. We GUARANTEE that we will ship the item within 48 hours after payment of your purchase, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery within the time frame above by the postal service (CTT); however, our experience has been good, and in over 90% of cases, the delivery time is within the period stated above.

We also inform you that deliveries to PO Boxes are not possible.

Once the order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with your proof of purchase and shipping information. This email will contain a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website, allowing you to track your order.

In the case of in-store pickup, the estimated delivery time is 8 hours. An email will be sent notifying you that the order is ready for collection at the store.

Customs duties and taxes

In the case of orders to countries outside the E.U., import customs duties may be charged when the order is received in your destination country. These fees must be paid by the recipient of the order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot inform you of the respective cost, as customs policies and import taxes vary significantly from country to country.
