RETURN POLICY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

2. Right of Withdrawal
Under the Portuguese legislation applicable to distance contracts, the consumer has the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) consecutive days from the date of receipt of the order.
The consumer does not need to provide any justification nor incur any costs for exercising this right, except for the direct costs of returning the products, unless otherwise agreed or in cases where VEGA BIJOUX UNIPESSOAL LDA has not previously informed the consumer that these costs are their responsibility.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate their decision via the e-mail address info@vegaforstars.com, indicating the order number and the items they wish to return.
After communicating the intention to return, the customer must return the products within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days.
3. Conditions for Acceptance of Return
For a return to be accepted, the items must:
3.1. Be in perfect condition;
3.2. Not show any signs of use, wear, or damage;
3.3. Be returned, whenever possible, in the original packaging;
3.4. Include all accessories, tags, and items sent with the order.
VEGA BIJOUX UNIPESSOAL LDA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Products Excluded from the Right of Return
Under current legislation, returns are not accepted for:
4.1. Personalized items or items produced according to customer specifications;
4.2. Items engraved, adjusted, or modified at the customer's request;
4.3. Products whose condition has been altered after delivery in a way that prevents them from being resold under normal conditions.
5. Return Costs
5.1. Unless in the event of a defect, shipping error, or otherwise agreed, the direct costs of returning the items are the responsibility of the customer.
5.2. We recommend that items be returned via a registered or tracked shipping service, as the company cannot be held responsible for losses or misplacements occurring during return transport.
6. Refunds
6.1. After receiving and verifying the returned items, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days.
6.2. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
6.3. VEGA BIJOUX UNIPESSOAL LDA may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or until proof of their shipment is provided.
7. Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped Items
7.1. If the customer receives a defective item or one different from what was ordered, they must contact us via e-mail at info@vegaforstars.com within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the order, attaching photographs that allow the situation to be verified.
7.2. After analysis and validation of the incident, VEGA BIJOUX UNIPESSOAL LDA will proceed with the replacement of the item or the respective refund, assuming the associated costs.
